Terms of Use

1. Nature of the platform
HubLife is a marketplace connecting clients in Brazil with verified companies in Paraguay (housing, investments, residency, education, health, vehicles, accounting, law, and business). HubLife does not perform the service in Paraguay: the partner company is responsible for delivery. Client–company support happens in the platform chat.
2. Accounts, verification, and KYC
- Personal account: for people seeking services, information, and deals in Paraguay.
- Company account: for providers that receive leads, chat, and propose deals.
- Companies may need verification and document upload (ID, registration, proof of address) to appear in the marketplace and receive payouts.
- You are responsible for keeping your email and password secure and for truthful registration data.
3. Platform use and anti-circumvention
HubLife exists so the relationship and the payment happen on the platform. It is forbidden to:
- Offer WhatsApp, email, phone, website, or another channel to close the deal outside HubLife.
- Ask for or disclose the client’s contact details to divert the lead.
- Publish false information, harass users, or try to bypass ranking, reviews, or commission.
The company’s phone and website are not shown publicly. The company does not receive the lead’s email or phone — only the name and the chat. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. In-platform payment (deals)
When the company proposes a deal, the client pays the full amount shown in the proposal. Payment is processed by Asaas into HubLife’s account, which acts as merchant of record for this flow. The client’s money does not go straight to the Paraguayan company at charge time.
- Without paying for the service through HubLife, verified reviews and benefits tied to a paid deal are not unlocked.
- Payment confirmation depends on the provider (Pix, boleto, or card) and the settlement webhook — not merely returning to a success screen.
- Refunds, chargebacks, and failed payments follow the provider’s rules and may affect the net amount to be paid out.
5. HubLife commission
On each deal paid on the platform, HubLife retains a commission. The rate is the one shown on the proposal (table by service category; the default is 10%). The client pays the full deal amount — commission is not added on top; it is deducted from what is owed to the company (net = gross − commission).
6. Receivables and payout
After the deal is marked paid, the company statement shows gross, commission, and net. The net remains awaiting payout until HubLife completes the operational transfer. There is no automatic split at charge time. Timing and method follow the operational conditions in force when payment is made — these terms do not promise instant transfer or a fixed SLA date.
7. Company plans
Free, Basic, and Premium subscriptions are charged by HubLife (via Asaas when configured) and unlock ranking, visibility, and AI recommendations according to the active plan. The subscription is separate from the deal: a plan does not transfer value to the client, and a deal does not replace a plan.
8. Reviews and ranking
Verified reviews are allowed only after the client pays the deal on HubLife. Paying the deal does not by itself unlock ranking or AI recommendations — those depend on an active paid plan, in the order Premium > Basic > Free, then reputation.
9. Limitation of liability
HubLife facilitates connection, chat, and in-platform payment. It does not replace professional legal, accounting, real-estate, or immigration advice. Content, rankings, and assistant recommendations are informational. Quality of the service in Paraguay is the partner company’s responsibility. HubLife does not guarantee a visa, residency, deed, or investment outcome.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Venue is the court of HubLife’s operational seat in Brazil, unless a different forum is required by consumer-protection law. We may update these terms; the current version is the one published on this page. Continued use after a new version may require a new acceptance recorded on the account.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms: use the assistant on the platform. Requests about personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.
